Ordinary employment law once you hire. I-9 verification, payroll, the same as any work-authorized hire.

Obligations you do not have

No petition maintenance — the petitioner is the agent, and amendments are their problem.
No prevailing-wage or LCA obligations — those are H-1B artifacts.
